Stage Rigging History
Stage Rigging started offering services in 1977 initially specializing in touring rock shows with clients such as Earth Wind & Fire, Pink Floyd and The Grateful Dead. In the ‘80s and ‘90s corporate events, political conventions and trade shows began to require the specialized rigging techniques common to those needed in the music industry. In the fall of 2000, Freeman acquired Stage Rigging. Since that time, Stage Rigging has expanded their locations to include Atlanta, Las Vegas, Anaheim, Ottawa and San Diego in addition to their headquarters in Redwood City, CA.
